This website
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and has no forms. Fonts are stored on the site itself, so your browser doesn’t contact other font services.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
When you email
If you email, I use your name, email address and what you send me to reply and, if we work together, to provide the service. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and then performing that contract.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe on its own secure pages. Card details are never seen or stored by me. Invoices and payment records are kept for accounting and tax purposes, as the law requires.
Case information
For consultations, you may share details and video about an animal or a case. Please only share information about other people, such as clients, with their agreement. How case material is used and kept, including any use in teaching, is agreed with you in writing before we start.
How long data is kept
Correspondence is kept while we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards. Financial records are kept for as long as UK law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its use, or ask for it to be restricted. Email me to do any of these. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
